Our Trauma and Tension Releasing Workshop will teach you to safely use TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) as a lifelong tool for personal healing and reducing stress. TRE uses a specific technique to release stress and tension from the body that accumulate from everyday and prolonged stress, difficult situations, or traumatic life experiences.
Led by Kelly Zarcone, Somatic Trauma Therapist and Massage Therapist.

Tuesdays May 7, 14, 21, and 28
Join Mary Carroll’s 4-week series on balance from the comfort of your own home on Zoom! We will work on correcting imbalances in both mind and body through breath work, asanas (postures), and short meditations.
Each week, we will enjoy a slow flow practice with a focus on a different balancing pose, with plenty of modifications. We will also tone muscles used for balancing to prevent falls and build strength in our legs, ankles, and feet.
