Our Classes

The foundation of our classes is mindful movement. Our intentional approach leads students through a practice that builds flexibility, endurance, and strength in the body while calming the mind through breath and focus. Our goal is for you to leave feeling better than when you walked in.

Our movement classes range from gentle and restorative to strong and challenging. Check out what each class has to offer. All levels of yogis are welcome. 🙂
